How is the Weather in Your Head? refers to a continuing series of hand built ceramic sculptures. Each one informed by Kimberley’s sketches of fellow commuters while she travels on the London Underground, archiving her fleeting encounters which form the warp and weft of society making up the fabric of London life
She is a great chronicler of contemporary life and feeling. Each portrait is combined with a window into her world of thoughts, as she paints her visual thoughts onto the rear of these 3D portraits they embody the pulse of society and express the zeitgeist of the present.
